Step - 3 Kindly submit the form within 05 - 10 minutes after login, if not then the page will expire and your login session will end. The entered details will not be SAVED.
Step - 4 After Completing Registration: You will be directed to download / print your Registration Form in PDF. Please save this for your future reference.

Keep the following documents ready on the day of verification in original as well as their self attested photocopies
1. Registration Form-
● Printout of filled Online Registration Form
● Photographs of Father, Mother and Child should be pasted on it.
2. Birth Certificate-
● Issued by the Municipal Corporation
3. Proof of residence- (any one of document mentioned below)
● Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents. (Mother/Father having name of child).
● Domicile certificate of the child or of his/her parents.
● Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
● Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill /Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
● Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
4. Proof of Sibling
● A copy of the latest Fee slip issued by the school office for the academic Session 2025-2026
5. Proof of Alumni
● School leaving certificate / Sr.Sec/Secondary Board Certificate of any DAV School.
6. Aadhaar No.
● Copy of aadhaar card of the mother, father and child
*Also bring an additional passport size photograph each of the child, father and mother for admission after verification of documents.
